I want to make my costume this year for a party so any ideas? I have large hips and boobs so no sexy costume suggestions back anything creative is great

I want a really cool and unique costume this year, something that you can make at home. I don’t want any websites, I repeat I DON’T WANT ANY WEBSTIES of costume places or something. I am 13 (girl) and want a real cool costume that can be kinda funny. Please give me lots of cool ideas thanks!

My boyfriend (I say boyfriend because he is planning on proposing in 6 months and so is not officially my fiance) and I are planning on making our wedding in October 2010 a costume party. We plan on having pirate themed wedding clothes but our guests (figuring on about 100 guests) will be able to wear what they want (they will be asked to keep it tasteful, it is a wedding after all)

I am going to my friends birthday party and its Twilight themed so we have to dress up like a character. Im going to dress like Victoria. Does anyone have any idea how I could put together a costume without spending a lot of money because I sort of lack that.
