On Christmas Eve And Other Days, If The Jehovvas Witness Come Knocking At The Door, Next Year, What Should I D?
Ok, I am like, umm Christian. Because I’m definitely a sinner, and the majority of those sins I still don’t feel guilty but, this isn’t what I was talking about.
Every year, at Christmas Eve, and occasions.Jehovah’ss Witness come knocking the door. This year, I ignored them, but they stayed for like half an hour trying to knock. So next year, 2009, I want to do something different, to startle them and get meintot their do not disturb list. But I heard about those who still keep on coming. I was thinking about buying an male erotic devil costume. And an Aerosmith CD to play it loud on on Christmas eve morning, when they start knocking play the cd, and greet them in the costume. Will it work?
Here’s a novel idea , why not speak to them & learn how to be a real Christian .
What, you’re afraid of a few JWs? Get into the Christmas spirit! Invite them in for a drink, mince pie and a chat!
I suspect they will either be so nonplussed that they will decline and never come back, or after 15 minutes realise that you’re happy with what you believe.
Seems like the Christian thing to do to me.

Instead, when they start asking you crap, say “Would you like to convert to Jellyism? You get gratuitous amounts of Jelly!”
Badger them about it, tell them they’re going to Jell if they don’t accept this, but if they do they go to Jeven.
First off, you might want to check to be sure they are Jehovah’s Witnesses. Some of the things you describe do not sound like them. They are very respectful of others and try to call at more convenient times.
Second, if it is them you would do well to listen to what they have to say. It could save your life. From what you describe doing to ’scare’ them away you could use a little religion.
Just repeat the fine examples set by ancient Jews when their brethren Jews came knocking on their doors on the eve of the Passover, trying to tell them about the coming of God’s Kingdom and that the Christ had come.
Since the Witnesses are doing the same deplorable actions as those first century Jewish Christians, by bothering their brethren Christians, you need only follow the example of ancient Jews.
What better example can you think of?
Why don’t you do as I do? The JV’s , Mormons and any other religious group know that they may come around to my house anytime they are in the area and have a cup of coffee and a chat and they will be treated with the utmost respect providing they do not talk about their religion.
Please remember that they might not be doing much good but, they are doing no harm either.

Actually, a simple “No thank you, not interested, please leave” usually works. But you could always just put up a “No Solicitors” sign up by the door. If anyone comes by, point to the sign, get their name and the location of their church, and tell them if anyone else from your church comes by my house, I will turn you all in to the authorities.
One called me the day before and asked if I wanted her to come over on Christmas Eve. I told her it is not a good time for me because my family celebrates Christmas then and it is better if she came after the New Year. She wished me Happy Holidays and told me she will come the first week the next year
It is hard to believe you are a Christian. If you are, it is time to mature up.
Next year dress as Jesus. When they knock on the door say “Come on in and party…..It’s my birthday!”. Have people in the back yelling “Go Jesus, Go Jesus..Its your birthday…Go Jesus!”
